Culture Clashes Could Destroy America

An agreement was reached in 1993 through which international legal structures might actually force abandonment of the entire governmental framework built so carefully by the Founding Fathers. I speak of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Next up the North American Union (NAU) which could be the next step toward the final dissolution of the United States through the so-called harmonization of our law, our sovereignty with that of Canada and Mexico. The big three are meeting August 21, 2007 in Canada.

One Reporter's Opinion

It is this reporter's opinion that the audience was spellbound when they listened to former Colorado Gov. Richard D. Lamm deliver a real shocker — How to destroy America!
Preposterous you say? Lamm says if you believe America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's have a go at it. It is not that hard to do.
Said Lamm, ". . . No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and they all fall, and that an autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide."
And Lamm proceeded to tell us how they destroy themselves. That no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. As example, he quotes the historical scholar, Seymour Martin Lipset, who said, "The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy."
Lamm in his dissertation on how to destroy America, points to multiculturalism, the myth that there are no cultural differences and all cultures are equal. And he points to the fact that the United States is fast becoming a "Hispanic Quebec," that Los Angeles and Miami are no longer American cities, and the current mayor of Los Angeles is a dedicated member of La Raza and other Mexican separation organizations.
Chicago, Houston, Dallas, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, and other cities are not far behind. They are making the United States into a Hispanic Quebec.
Lamm points to the hundreds of Spanish-speaking radio and television programs invading our airwaves, giving voice to the 56 Mexican consulates aiding and abetting illegal aliens to imbed themselves in our country.
The tip of a deadly Mexican invasion manifests itself with the massive 20,000 member 18th Street Gang, MS-13 Gang, and sheer lawlessness running rampant.
In the rise and fall of our democracy, Lamm points to the fastest growing demographic group — the least educated. A second underclass that is unassimilated, undereducated, antagonistic to our population with a 50 percent dropout rate from our high schools . . . hundreds of illegal kids who can't speak English who come from functionally illiterate parents.
In 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor, stated, "Democracy is always temporary in nature: it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.
"From that moment on, the majority will always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."
Lamm concluded in his frightening dissertation that having made America a bilingual — bicultural country, having established multiculturalism, and having established a doctrine of "victimology," uninforced immigration laws, and you have the seeds for disaster.
Look around and we find our president and Congress dismantling America by design. Call it multiculturalism, diversity, one-world government, or globalism, it spells finish for the United States of America as a free, cohesive, sustainable, functioning society.
George Orwell, in his book "1984," cited three slogans: war is peace; freedom is slavery; ignorance is strength.
Former Gov. Lamm, in his dissertation on the fall of democracies, repeats that the greatest civilizations from the beginning of history have lasted little more than 200 years and that those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to complacency; From complacency to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage.
The Founding Fathers must be turning over in their graves.
In the words of George Santayana, the brilliant philosopher, "Those who will not learn from history are doomed to repeat it."
If the United States, if the president, if the Congress, continue to grant amnesty and citizenship to millions of criminal invaders (illegals) and they vote — say good-bye to our beloved United States of America!
