I have been getting NUMEROUS phone calls re: GVT PROGRAMS

Has anyone else noticed this? At home or work?

Part of my job is answering busy phones for numerous financial firms.

These types of calls that have been coming in (more and more frequently) are regarding issues such as HEALTH & HEALTH PROGRAMS, UTILITY DE-REGULATION, DIGITAL WATERS COOLERS, TAX PROGRAMS, and there are some that are not specific when I try & screen them. The names are very "progressive" sounding like catchy green/lefty slogans or bumper stickers.

One girl introduced her call as a "OBAMA'S NEW" something or other. I choked & she said,"Are you alright? You scared me..."

I said,"Yeah? You people scare me too," and I hung up.

I usually just scoff loudly into the phone, say I don't buy the hype, or "NO WAY!" or something like that, and hang up.

If I ask for a call-back number or website to check out they aren't forthcoming.

I will try & curb my natural patriotic American tendencies from now on & see what I can learn.
