An Arab Prince is shown brutally toturing a man with whips, electric cattle prods and wooden planks in a shocking video he taped for his own pleasure.
The brother of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed pours salt on the victims wounds andeven runs him over with his Mercedes-Benz SUV.
"Get closer. Get closer. Get closer. Let his suffering show," the Sheikh Issa bin Zayed al Nahyan tells a camerman in the video, which was smuggled out of the desert kingdom by an ex-business partner.
The government's Interior Ministry said it planned no action, even though cops are shown helping the sadistic torture.
The sheik unleashed the attack after accusing the victim of cheating him of a delivery to his ranch outside Abu Shabi. With the help of cops, the sheik strips the victim and starts beating him.
He searches for a plank with a nail protruding to inflict maximum pain, uses the cattle prod on the man's private parts and lights his genitals on fire.
The sound of breaking bones can be heard as he drives over the victim in the desert sand.
It was not known if the victim survived the horrific attack.

Unfortunately, it is the Americans who have installed such regimes in all of the Arab coutries. President Bush for example is a dear friend to those Saudi and UAE Kings and Royal Families. King Obama kneeled to the Saudi King and kissed his hand. A thing he would not do to any one else in the world. The CIA and the MOSSADS protect those scums that are called Royal Families and recruit their subjects in Al Quaeda and other terrorists organizations to do terrorist acts in different countries including in America itself to suit their own political aims. The Arab people have suffered so much from such installed regimes. Saddam Hussein himself was installed by the US CIA, and they got rid of him because he had his own ambitions for the Arab people, unlike those scums that have no ambitions except to enjoy the fine things in life as they see them such as playing in Casinos, and screwing women all over the world, including in Las Vegas.
