Arizona, Hawaii, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and Washington.

There's speculation that they will be joined by:

Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Nevada, Maine and Pennsylvania.
