It was at the Sandhills Dairy in McHenry County where more than a dozen individuals were arrested in April of this year for a variety of offenses, all having to deal with illegal immigration ...
Four of those arrested pleaded guilty to having false identification documents and were sentenced on Monday August 20th.
Celestino Sanchez-Gomez, Jose Luis Sanchez-Flores, Oscar Raul Martinez-Torres, and Hugo Ramiro Sanchez-Ramirez are all from Mexico.
The sentence in a Minot federal courtroom will return them to Mexico, in custody.
They were given credit for time served, just over four months, and will pay a 25 dollar fee to the Crime Victim`s Fund.
In their plea agreements, the four admitted to owning and using fake green cards to get a job at the Sandhills Dairy.Eight others arrested during the federal search warrant have already been deported. One other alien remains in the U.S. awaiting his immigration case.
