Redondo Beach CA Fights Back!

Same to you, Paco.
**
It's about time!
They've been ignoring the law in Redondo for 20 years now.
**
Judicial Watch announced today that it has filed an amicus curiae brief in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in California in support of a City of Redondo Beach, California ordinance banning illegal aliens from seeking work on city streets.

I, jillosophy, had a chance last summer to address Mayor Boomberg's special panel here in NYC regarding day labor sites.
Here is the statement I made before a room full of illegal aliens and a group of about 12 people or so, on Bloomberg's panel, and only two of them did not need translators. You can imagine the looks I got that night
I freakin' loved it:

NYC
...
Thank you for letting me speak.
My name is Jill, and I am a direct descendant of Sir Thomas Lynch, Jr. – an architect and signer of the Declaration of Independence.
To live and work in America is nothing short of a blessing. US Citizenship and the right to live and work in America (with all the privileges true Americans enjoy) is an honor GRANTED to foreigners with the consent of the American people and their gvt - bestowed through a legal, systematic process called IMMIGRATION. Abiding by our immigration laws – which are far and away more tolerant and generous than those of some other sovereign nations – is the very first step in proving you deserve to be a member of this most special country.
At this time in our history, America is bearing the brunt of a tidal wave of ILLEGAL MASS MIGRATION. And ILLEGAL MASS MIGRATION is a catastrophic event which indisputably changes the country and culture onto which the massive new population – and their culture, standards of living, etc. - is forced.
At this time in our history US Citizenship has become nothing more than another cheap commodity – counterfeited, bought and sold on the black market, traded and exploited by those who’ve established and sustain the sprawling subculture of crime and corruption that makes ILLEGAL MASS MIGRATION possible and profitable to some, disastrous to most. The sovereignty of our great nation is being delegitimized and is now sold in pieces to the lowest bidder.
It is all a means to and end, and the trail ends at the doorsteps of business owners eager to cheat their gvt and who are gladly willing to sabotage their fellow countrymen, the future of our children and the future of our very way of life for the sake of a buck. It ends with law-abiding American taxpayers paying for, among many other things, day labor sites that amount to nothing more than rewarding, aiding and abetting organized crime on the grandest of scales – which is exactly what this is.
It begins with crime, greed and corruption, perpetuates the same at every step and ends in the destruction of the sovereignty of the greatest country on this earth and the degradation and erosion of our invaluable American culture.

It is now the drug smugglers, weapons dealers, and human traffickers, as well as third world militias and corrupt foreign gvts that decide who and what enters America. Morally and ethically barren individuals such as these, with their own devious agendas, are the ones painting the new face of America – and it is a matter of record with the State Dept and Homeland Security that some of those who they deem worthy of US Citizenship and all its bounty include Al Qaeda and Hezzbolah, nefarious Mexican, Central and South American militia members and gangs such as MS 13, the Krazy Ass Mexicans, Varrio Nueva Estrada and the Latin Kings as well as murderers, pedophiles, rapists, fugitives and the like. Obviously they do not have the best interests of either the American people or American culture at heart.
Since the proposed day labor sites are just another spoke in this deplorable wheel of misfortune, one can only assume that the caliber of individuals found loitering at these day labor sites, safe from the gaze of law enforcement and anxious to be invited into private homes, properties, neighborhoods and businesses, could conceivably be cut from the same soiled cloth.
