He was one of more than 90 other leaders across North America who added their names to the Declaration.
It is becoming increasingly more apparent that our government officials have been working overtime behind the scenes to bring in the “North American Union” and often in relative secrecy away from their constituents and from scrutiny.

Documents recently coming to light have disclosed that Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett signed the “Kansas City Declaration” in 2004 at the North American Trade Corridor Partnership (NAITCP) in Kansas City.
Amongst the points which were included in the Kansas City Declaration, is the statement that “We have come to realize that our communities in Mexico, Canada and the United States are closely linked to each other, and that we share profoundly in this emerging North American economic system.”
The North American Trade Corridor Partnership was "a non-profit corporation whose mission is to bring together municipalities and chambers of commerce from Mexico, the United States and Canada” who also worked to “generate influence and synergies by bringing together and organizing high level decision makers concerned with economic development and transportation issues along the NAFTA super-highway.” However, in 2005 a memorandum of understanding was signed between the North American SuperCorridor Coalition (NASCO) and NAITCP to amalgamate the two groups and form one organization.
The Summit Report from the 2004 NAITCP meeting in Kansas City described the Kansas City Declaration as being “The Declaration of North American Integration.” The stated purpose of this document was to record the “shared vision of future cooperation for communities along the NAFTA Trade Corridor in Canada, the United States and Mexico.” This vision, however, was not limited to merely “future cooperation” but concluded that the “economic vitality and social integration of our communities demand open, dynamic and secure borders.” [emphasis added]This breaking news comes directly on the heels of a previous revelation, wherein it was learned that Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett called for the economic integration of North America in a video interview at the U.S. Conference of Mayors in June of 2004.

Steve Hogan was in a bind. The executive director of Colorado's Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority had run up $416 million in debt to build the 10-mile toll road between north Denver and the Boulder Turnpike, and he was starting to worry about the high payments.
