Investigators say Julio Cruz, 28, was living on the street, along with his Delaware County-native girlfriend.

Investigators say Julio Cruz, 28, was living on the street, along with his Delaware County-native girlfriend.
They were taken in by a good samaritan this week when, according to Collingdale police chief Robert Adams, Cruz ellegedly walked into the bedroom of the good samaritan’s daughter and raped her.
"At that point, she ran out of her bedroom, went to her mother’s room and woke her mother up."
Adams says when officers arrived, Cruz gave them a fake name and claimed he spoke no English. A fingerprint check revealed Cruz’s identity, as well as the fact he was listed as a “deportable alien” by the Immigration Department.
Cruz is being held on $100,000 cash bail, facing a total of 11 counts including the rape charge.
