Follow-up: Al Jazeera Airing on USA Cable Stations

Making comments is a start, but the thing that will really speak volumes is subscribers cancelling.

A few weeks ago on C-Span, I watched as spokesmen for Aljazeera soft-peddled their station to a bunch of high-school kids.

No one mentioned the Middle East, Arabs or Islam.

The kids were told they'd get to see more news out of Canada and Mexico than any other US station was currently airing.

So on the strength of this, they urged the kids to start calling and writing their cable providers and requesting Aljazeera.
