CRIMINAL COMPLAINT
8 May 2007: Six Muslim terrorists, part of an Islamic Albanian terror cell based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, were arrested in a terror plot to storm Fort Dix, New Jersey, where they planned to use automatic weapons and explosives against the soldiers and facility. They planned to storm the base with automatic weapons and kill as many soldiers as they could on a "martyrdom mission." at the N.J. base. Fort Dix was just one of several other military and security installations under surveillance by this group. Other installations considered targets included Dover Air base, Fort Monmouth and several Coast Guard stations.
Sean Osborne, Associate Director and Military Affairs Analyst of the Northeast Intelligence Network, is "stationed" at Fort Dix and has been closely investigating this incident. In a conference of analysts this morning, Mr. Osborne questioned whether the FBI alerted the Force Protection Unit at Fort Dix at any time in light of the impending threat, citing no elevation of threat levels within the base.
Information concerning this plot confirmed that the terror suspects traveled from New Jersey to the Poconos and perhaps mountainous areas in New York where they practiced firing automatic weapons. The Northeast Intelligence Network has consistently reported that training by Muslim terror operatives have been using rural and desolate areas, including but not limited to such Islamic conclaves as located in Hancock, NY, for automatic weapons training.

7 May 2007: Initial reports from Las Vegas law enforcement indicate a backpack detonated on the second floor level of a "strip" parking garage at the Luxor Hotel, killing one person and injuring another between 4:00 and 4:30 AM local time this morning. First reports suggest that a backpack or duffel bag was "abandoned" on or near a vehicle inside of the garage, and detonated when the individual moved the bag away from the vehicle.
The Northeast Intelligence Network has a Nevada investigator at the scene, attempting to piece together the details of the explosion. It was confirmed that federal officials have secured the surveillance footage from the garage and adjacent areas. According to our investigative source, a second device might have been found following the first explosion and rendered harmless via controlled detonation by bomb squad officials, although this has yet to be confirmed.

Western NY couple arrested for selling fake alien registration, SS cards

6 May 2007: Two residents of Dansville, New York were arrested last week for manufacturing and selling counterfeit alien registration cards and social security cards. George DANTZ, 39 and his fiancée, Belkys MARTINEZ, 38 were arrested last Monday at their residence of 15 Washington Street, Dansville, NY after reportedly selling some of the false identification cards to undercover agents from U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement. Dansville, Livingston County, is located off of Interstate 390 about 50 miles south of Rochester, NY.
The couple face three federal charges, including violation of 18 USC Section 1028 manufacturing and selling counterfeit documents, 18 USC Section 1546, manufacturing and selling counterfeit resident alien cards and 45 USC Section 408, manufacturing and selling counterfeit social security cards.
Counterfeit identity documents such as fake alien resident cards and social security cards or passports help illegal aliens, criminals and terrorists evade detection and embed themselves in our society. Document fraud often supports the crime of immigration benefit fraud, such as welfare fraud and workers’ compensation fraud.
Officials from the U.S. Immigration and Enforcement (ICE ) Office of Investigations in Buffalo initiated the investigation following a tip from a confidential source. The couple appeared before a federal magistrate in Buffalo last week. Although DANTZ and MARTINEZ resided in the Dansville area from several years, investigation by the Northeast Intelligence Network found that both subjects have previous connections to the Lawrence, Massachusetts area. The extent of their operation remains under investigation.
