Illinois Gang Sweep Arrests Nine
Robert D. Grant, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Chicago office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); David Neumann, Chief of the Carpentersville, Illinois Police Department and Patrick B. Perez, Kane County Sheriff, announced that charges were filed today against nine suspected members and associates of the Latin Kings Street Gang. Six of those charged were arrested earlier today, without incident, by FBI Special Agents, Carpentersville Police Officers and members of North Central Narcotics Task Force (NCNTF).
