Latin Kings gang qualifies for government grants.......... Spain's regional Catalonian government has legalized a US-exported gang, putting the provincial administration in conflict with Madrid. In Spain, the members of the Latin Kings gang are White youth known as "wiggers." (Wiggers are members of a subculture consisting of delusional White youth who imitate violent Black ghetto speech, clothing and mannerisms. Their discretionary income drives much of the rap scene.) The Latin Kings gang originated among Chicago-area Puerto Rican Spanish-speaking Mulattoes, and has spread to the East Coast, Latin America and now Spain. Their rap-style clothing has become popular in much of Europe, where pro-White youth expression is often illegal. The Catalonian Latin Kings have been "legalized" as a "cultural association," qualifying them for government aid. Similar programs were attempted in the US in the 1970s, including in Chicago, where government grants to gangs helped forge vast criminal drug empires, including one close to Jesse Jackson's half-brother Noah Robinson. The Catalonians, who have long harbored separatist hopes, may be pulling a stunt to twit Madrid, which reacted angrily to the legalization: "We will never legalise groups like the Latin Kings, who have broken the law and are considered by the legal system to be part of organised crime," a Madrid spokesman said. The Latin Kings hold to a goofy quasi-mystical "religion" that is at the same level as many other heterodox Third World "faiths" in the US (think of Kwanzaa), and are fairly well-organized, with a "constitution" and regular gang meetings to approve budgets for things like spray-paint to deface walls. The fact that such idiotic yet dangerous childishness is embraced by Europe's embattled youth is an indictment of the genocidal "multicultural" agenda. Pathetically, there is even a Swedish rap group called Latin Kings.
