Iran's response was a predictable "screw you and the horse you rode in on."
Meanwhile, Iran is working hard at making atomic bombs and spreading terrorism around the world and is unlikely to stop because Obama offers "renewed exchanges and greater opportunities for partnership and commerce." They could care less as long as they stall for time to develop their terrorist networks around the world and develop atomic weapons. And as for Iran's purpose, it's clear; a "clash of civilizations" is Iranian state doctrine.
