US Muslim Engagment Project was created by two NGOs, one with clients in the EU and Israeli security organizations, the other tied through bord memberships to various "Soft Power: Psyop intel groups. Its directed by Secr. Albright and R. DOD Armitage.
Muslims Ingrid Mattson and Hamza Yusuf are also tied into its affiliates or board diectly (Mattson).
