This week's report details the chillingly detailed surveillance British Al Qaeda operative Dhiren Barot and his co-conspirators conducted on the Citigroup Center, the New York Stock Exchange, the Prudential Plaza, the IMF Building, and the World Bank.

This week's report details the chillingly detailed surveillance British Al Qaeda operative Dhiren Barot and his co-conspirators conducted on the Citigroup Center, the New York Stock Exchange, the Prudential Plaza, the IMF Building, and the World Bank.
By striking at the heart of the U.S. economy, Barot hoped to further Osama bin Laden's goal of "bleeding America to the point of bankruptcy" and, in the words of a senior Justice Department official, "kill as many Americans as possible."
