Fatal shooting of illegal by Border Patrol... do you think they'll get the message?
Civil rights my ass. Since when can an criminal illegal alien claim ownership of rights granted by a country to it's legal citizens who have earned and upheld them? What kind of civil rights does Mexico bestow upon Americans in their shitty country?
Hold your breath for a lawsuit.

TUCSON - Separate county and federal investigations are under way into a U.S. Border Patrol agent's fatal shooting of a Mexican citizen, and if warranted there would be a civil rights investigation, an FBI spokeswoman said Tuesday.
The shooting on Friday of Francisco Javier Dominguez Rivera, 22, has drawn condemnation from the new president of Mexico. The shooting came during an apparent confrontation with an unidentified agent north of the Mexican border between Bisbee and Douglas.
The dead man's mother, meanwhile, has said she would like to see the agent receive the death penalty.
Dominguez Rivera and two brothers were among a group of seven undocumented immigrants who were crossing the desert when the agent interceded, authorities said. The agent took the other six, including Dominguez Rivera's brothers, into custody without incident before a fight ensued, officials said.
The agent, who under Border Patrol policy was not identified, has been placed on paid administrative leave, standard procedure in shooting incidents.
Cochise County sheriff's detectives conducted investigative interviews Tuesday while awaiting results of an autopsy scheduled Wednesday by Dr. Guery Flores, the county's medical examiner, spokeswoman Carol Capas said.
FBI spokesman Deb McCarley said agents are conducting an investigation into an assault on a federal agent, while the Border Patrol has started an internal review of the shooting incident to determine that the agent followed proper procedures.
